1: Your location must provide a flat hard standing area/drive with enough space to jack up your car.

we can not work on the road side.

 

2: Your location must provide a minimum of two electric plug sockets to connect our cables with a maximum distance of 20 meters from your vehicle.

 

3: The customer must have the vehicle available for us to work on at the agreed location, time, and date. Long waiting times will result in additional charges being made.

 

4: You must inform us if your wheels have been refurbished before as this can affect the quality of the finish.

 

5: If your alloys are severely damaged, there is a small chance that the wheel will not be 100% repairable and minor imperfections could remain.

 

6: If your car requires a locking wheel nut key to remove the wheels, please ensure that it is made available to us upon arrival.

 

7: PWR are not liable if the wheel nuts are not removable or break whilst being removed.

 

8: The tyres must have no tyre shine on them. Tyre shine is a painter’s nemesis and will react with the paint on the wheel leaving a non-professional finish. 

 

9: If your alloys have bubbling/corrosion in hard-to-reach areas, we will repair to best endeavours. Some imperfections may remain.

 

10: If your location is in a postcode affected by the ULEZ charge, this will be added to the final bill.

 

11: A non-refundable £50 deposit will be taken to confirm each booking. 

 

12: A minimum of  7days notice must be given to cancel or rearrange a booking.

 

13: By paying your deposit now you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
